All members may bring guests who are NOT residents of Granada Hills, Granada Estates, or Granada Oaks. Please limit guests to 2 individuals or one family.

Pool Parties:

The Granada Pool is available for private rental. The cost for a 3 hour rental is $125 for pool members and $175 for non-members. This price includes exclusive use of the picnic area inside the pool, use of the pool for all guests (50 people maximum) and use of all other pool area facilities. Note that other pool members can use the pool during your party, but in general the area is sparsely used at these times. Times that can be reserved are any day from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm or any evening from 6:00 to 9:00 pm subject to availability. To reserve the pool, download the GH Pool Rental Agreement by clicking on the DOCUMENTS tab above and dropping the filled out form in the mailbox at the park with a payment check (or by another arrangement with the Pool Director). Please also notify the Pool Director by email (see below) to get on the calendar as soon as possible.  Kindly place all trash in the provided containers after your party is over.

Texas Department of Health rules require that Class C pools, like ours, have 2 lifeguards on duty when guards are hired for private parties. They are not required but highly recommended if an adult is not assigned to watch the pool at all times. Renters will be given a list of available lifeguards by the pool director upon request for your own hiring.

Volunteer Pool Director:

Erica Lindy is our volunteer Pool Director. She is happy to field any pool related questions you may have but please be patient for a response as she dedicates her free time to serving the neighborhood. You can reach her at ericaklindy@yahoo.com.

You Can Help!

The only way the Granada HOA can keep this fabulous amenity for our neighborhood is through the work of many dedicated volunteers and your support by joining. A safe, clean, and attractive pool benefits the Granada neighborhoods and your property value. Help us keep it alive and well. Volunteers are needed for pool membership sign up, party rentals, pool FOB management, pool area landscape maintenance and clean up, emergency and problem assistance, pool operation oversight, and communications. Please contact the Volunteer Pool Coordinator if you would like to help.  Depending on your commitment you may be able to receive a discounted family membership.
